Blue Oak Credit Operational Text Message Policy
This policy applies to the text messages sent by Blue Oak Credit to our customers while they use our product. If you consent to receive text message communications from Blue Oak Credit, you will receive a text message upon pre-approval of the loan, final approval of the loan, 3-7 days before your payment due date, and 1 day before your payment is due. If your payment is late or unsuccessful, you will receive a text message from us alerting you. Number of messages will vary by account. Your cellular provider’s Msg & Data Rates may apply to our confirmation message and all subsequent messages. Accordingly, you should take steps to safeguard your phone and your text messages if you want them to remain private. NO CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION SHOULD BE SENT VIA TEXT MESSAGE. Please notify us immediately if you change mobile numbers or plan to provide your phone to another person
If we modify this Text Message Policy, we will notify you by sending you a text message with a link to the new policy. We may terminate our text message program at any time.

Opt-out or STOP from Operational Messages
This policy applies to the operational text messages sent by Blue Oak Credit to our customers while and after they use our product. If you wish to stop receiving operational text messages from Blue Oak Credit, reply to any text message we have sent you and in the reply text simply type “STOP”. If you wish to stop receiving all text messages from Blue Oak Credit, including those with information about payment due dates or missed payments, type “STOP ALL” in the reply text you send us. Your stop request will become effective within one business day. You may also stop text messages by calling us or emailing us with STOP in the Subject line using the contact information below.
Help or Support
If at any time you need our contact information or information on how to stop text messages, reply to any text message we have sent you and in the reply text simply type HELP. Upon receiving your text message, we will send you a text message with this information. In general, the messages we send provide you with information about your account. Some of the text message we send may include links to websites. To access these websites, you will need a web browser and Internet access.
Consent to Electronic Communications
Electronic communications in connection with your loan transaction and the Loan Agreement are governed by this consent (this “Electronic Consent”).
In order to receive electronic communications in connection with this transaction, you will need a working connection to the Internet. You must have an internet browser that supports the SSL protocol which provides a secure channel to send and receive data over the internet. You will also need either a printer to print disclosures/notices or sufficient hard drive space available to save the information. You must have your own internet service provider.
You agree that any disclosure, notice, record or other type of information that is provided to you in connection with your transaction with us, including but not limited to, the Loan Agreement, this Consent, disclosures, change-in-term notices, fee and transaction information, statements, delayed disbursement letters, notices of adverse action, and transaction information (collectively, “Communications”), may also be sent to you electronically by either sending the communication or a link thereof to you by e-mail as permitted by applicable law.
You understand that we will not be obligated to provide any Communication to you in paper form unless you specifically request us to do so. You may obtain a copy of any Communication by contacting us at www.blueoakcredit.com, writing to us at customerservice@blueoakcredit.com, or by calling us at 1-800-568-8577. You will not be charged a fee for such a copy. You can also withdraw your consent to ongoing electronic communications in the same manner and ask that they be sent to you in paper or non-electronic form.
You must provide us with your current e-mail address for notices at the address or phone number indicated above. If your e-mail address changes, you must send us a notice of the new address by writing to us or sending us an e-mail, using secure messaging, at least 5 days before the change.
